Many of these improvements are due to a longer body and a stretched wheelbase, although the better packaging of the new independent rear suspension will certainly help as well.

This is a sleek new cylinder deactivation system that allows the engine to run on virtually any combination of cylinders for improved efficiency.

As already mentioned, the old living axle of this Cadillac was thrown away like a used napkin and replaced by something much more modern. The Escalade not only has its own rear suspension design, but can also be equipped with magnetic dampers to further improve driving performance. But if that's not enough, an air suspension system is also available, similar to Tahoe, Suburban and Yukon. An electronic limited slip differential is also available as an option.
Together with the other large SUVs from GM, Cadillac's redesignedis built in Arlington, Texas. It is expected to go on sale in the third quarter of the year. Of course, pricing information was not released at this point, but version 2021 should be competitive with today's model, which means it is likely to start at around $ 80,000.
When it arrives at dealerships, you can choose from two different trim branches. As with its other models, Cadillac has adopted a "Y-shaped" model structure.
