5G iPhones may not have the fastest (theoretical) upload speeds

5G offers several improvements over 4G, some of which are its speeds, which have been shown to offer both faster download and upload speeds. However, according to analyst Ming-Chi Kuo, he believes that the upcoming 5G iPhone may not necessarily be able to reach the maximum upload speed.

This is because it was previously rumored that the 5G iPhone could support 2 × 2 MIMO uplink, where the device may use six power amplifiers that help the device reach higher speeds. However, Kuo now believes that the 5G iPhone may only use one or two amplifiers, reducing the phone's theoretical upload speeds.

For unknown persons, MIMO (multiple input, multiple output) is a technique that makes it possible to both send and receive more than one data signal simultaneously via the same radio channel. This is expected to lead to better spectrum efficiency and higher data throughput.

Although the iPhone could theoretically suffer from somewhat slower upload speeds, the question is whether these differences are noticeable or not real life. This is because the network speed is determined by other factors, e.g. B. How many users use it and how good your reception is.

This means that there is a clear probability that in everyday real life use iPhone users may not be able to tell the difference, but we have to wait and see and do it ourselves.
