Amazfit Bip U was launched in India with over 60 sport modes, SpO2 sensor and stress monitoring



After launching the Bip S and Bip S Lite smartwatches in India, Amazfit also brought the Bip U there today. The price is 3,999 INR (55 USD / 45 EUR) but it is available in three colors for INR3,499 (48 USD / 40 EUR) between October 16 and Diwali on Amazon.in and the official website of Amazfit – Black, Pink and green.

The Amazfit Bip U has a 1.43 inch TFT color touchscreen with 320 x 302 pixels, which is protected by 2.5 D Corning Gorilla Glass 3 and has an anti-fingerprint coating. It supports 50 watch faces and you can choose which information you want to see on the home screen, but that’s only possible with the two built-in watch faces.

The Bip U weighs only 31 grams and comes with a polycarbonate case and silicone straps. It is waterproof up to 50 meters and has a 230 mAh battery that offers a life of up to nine days on a single charge in a typical usage scenario.

The Amazfit Bip U also gives you over 60 sport modes, some of which can track your training route using GPS on the connected smartphone.

Other health and fitness functions of the Bip U include heart rate monitoring around the clock, measurement of blood oxygen levels with SpO2 sensor, stress monitoring and the menstrual cycle tracker for women.

The Bip U can monitor your sleep, which is divided into deep sleep, light sleep and REM sleep. It can also track afternoon naps like the cheaper Amazfit Neo.

The rest of the highlights of the Amazfit Bip U include incoming calls and app notifications, the PAI Health Assessment System, the Pomodoro watch, music and camera controls, the alarm clock, the world clock and weather forecasts.
