Apple Announces Apple One Subscription Package for Music, TV Plus, and More

The long-rumored package that brings Apple Music, Apple TV Plus, Apple Arcade, Apple News Plus, and iCloud storage together is here. Apple offers customers several options to combine their streaming services in a new Apple One bundle.

There are three types of bundles: Individual, Family, and Premier. The single plan offers subscribers Apple Music, Apple TV Plus, Apple Arcade, and iCloud storage (50GB) for $ 14.95 per month. The family plan includes the same apps but with 200 GB of iCloud storage. It’s $ 19.95 a month. The Premier plan offers subscribers Apple Music, Apple TV Plus, Apple Arcade, 2 TB iCloud storage, Apple News Plus, and the newly announced Apple Fitness Plus for $ 29.95 per month. Fitness Plus is a new subscription service that will be launched before the end of the year and will include workouts for yoga, cycling, running, core and strength exercises, among others. It̵

According to Apple, the single plan provides savings of over $ 6 per month based on the monthly standard prices of the apps, while the family plan provides savings of $ 8 per month. The Premier plan provides savings of over $ 25 per month.

According to a press release, Apple One purchases will offer 30 days of free trial versions of apps that users don’t already have. Customers are charged a monthly fee for all services included in their package. You can always change or cancel the plan they have. Customers who choose the Family or Premier plans can add up to six family members. Apple One will be available in over 100 countries and regions this fall.

Bloomberg Previously it was reported that Apple One is preparing to launch alongside Apple’s new line of iPhones this fall. The different plans cater to different types of customers. How Bloomberg A family using a plan that combines Apple Music ($ 9.99 per month), Apple TV Plus ($ 4.99 per month), and Apple Arcade ($ 4.99 per month) would likely purchase a plan which contains additional iCloud storage. The package saved them monthly money for the various services.

Apple has reportedly been working on a bundle for years, and it’s easy to see why. The company’s services space is growing, and CEO Tim Cook has identified it as an area Apple plans to invest in. Additionally, bundling services is a great way to cross-promote: people might want Apple Music but not Apple TV Plus, but bundling Apple TV Plus with music can help Apple get the general use of its new ones Increase entertainment platform while generating monthly income. Consider how Amazon bundles Amazon Prime Video and Amazon Music with its general Prime subscription fee.

The bigger problem is that Apple is creating an ecosystem that is harder to leave. Having someone’s gaming, music, and entertainment resources in a monthly subscription package can discourage them from using alternative apps like Spotify. Apple creates an ecosystem that takes people’s needs into account while expanding its service sector. Bundles can help generate a steady, consistent flow of monthly revenue and hopefully sell more hardware. With everything on users’ iPhones or iPads, those devices are likely only to get updated and stay in the ecosystem rather than switching to an Android device, for example.

At least that’s what Apple hopes. Hey it worked on amazon.
