Despite having been in the market for several years, the Nintendo Switch is hotter than ever. To give you a head start, we’ve put together a round-up of the best Prime Day Nintendo Switch deals and packages along with our predictions for the event. We will update this list regularly. Today’s Best Prime Day Nintendo Switch Deals
If you’ve scoured the internet and searched for a Nintendo Switch in stores, you’ve probably noticed how difficult it can be to find one with consoles that fly out the door almost as soon as they hit the shelves. This year’s Nintendo Switch deals on Prime Day will hopefully give bargain-hungry gamers the opportunity to purchase consoles, games and accessories. That doesn’t mean you have to wait until the sale yourself, however: here we’ve included some early-stage bargains available in the run-up to Prime Day (and not just on Amazon, considering how hard they are to find right now).

When are the best Prime Day Nintendo Switch deals?
At major events such as Prime Day, the best offers and bargains await you on the sales days. Even so, Amazon loves to annoy shoppers by closing some Lightning deals upfront, usually the week before the sale. So keep an eye out for any early Nintendo Day deals or bundle deals that may pop up. It is unlikely that we will see Prime Day Switch deals early on and won’t see any during the sale. However, we may see some exclusive bundle offers during this pre-sale period.
Don’t assume these will be available again on Prime Day or that you’ll see them again for the same prices. If you see Prime Day Nintendo Switch deals or packages that stand out before they go on sale (this includes games and accessories, not just consoles), you can access them right away. You may not get a better chance if the Prime Day rush begins in earnest. You can always return something and buy it again if you find it cheaper on Prime Day thanks to Amazon’s generous return policy.
What to expect on Prime Day Nintendo Switch
Of course, most bargain hunters will be looking for discounted consoles at this year’s Prime Day Nintendo Switch deals, as this is the most expensive (and currently elusive) item in the entire Nintendo stall. If there are console deals or packages available during Prime Day, we expect them to dry up quickly. You should consider this priority in your search if you are one of many out looking to buy their gloves on a Nintendo Switch or Switch Lite.
However, if you already own a Switch system, Prime Day’s Nintendo Switch deals are sure to include plenty of discounted games and accessories. This is an especially good opportunity for Switch owners who know that games for this console are very well preserved. This is a sugar-coated way of saying that even year-long titles are still expensive, unlike Xbox and PlayStation games, which drop to around $ 20 after a year or two. Even like titles from 2017 (the year the Switch was launched) Breath of the wild and Super Mario Odyssey Still go for $ 50 to $ 60, but Prime Day Switch deals will hopefully bring the prices down a little on some of the games you have in your arrears.
However, the Nintendo Switch is not known for going on sale frequently (or with huge discounts, even if they do). Hence, you should soften your expectations regarding the type of discounts you will see on Prime Day. We don’t expect this year’s Nintendo Switch deals on Prime Day to include massive price cuts, and if any bargains are at all, the more likely they are Switch consoles that can be bundled with games or accessories to you save a little money.
There is also the possibility that the Switch will be offered at the normal price of $ 300 due to its high demand on Prime Day. Given that third-party price-cuters regularly charge $ 400 to $ 500 for the console when it’s out of stock at major retailers, it might not be a bad idea to buy it at their MSRP as well, if it’s available. We don’t expect the demand for Nintendo’s gaming system to wane anytime soon, especially as the holidays approach quickly. When it comes to items like the switch, you might have to slam while the iron is hot and take what you can get once you find it – you might not get another chance until the end of the year.
Should I shop on Prime Day or wait until Black Friday?
With Mario’s 35th anniversary, the demand for a Nintendo Switch is higher than ever. If you wait until Black Friday it will only make it harder to buy a new Switch or the game you were watching. We’re also not predicting that Black Friday prices will be very different from Prime Day prices. Also, since the two events are so close together – only a month apart – there is a good chance that Amazon will have trouble getting supplies in time for the Black Friday season. Better to get your vacation shopping out of the way earlier this year so you don’t get stuck with shipping delays and the chance of not receiving your selected product in time for Christmas. Take advantage of these offers for Nintendo Switch Prime Day now so that you don’t miss out on giving away gifts this fall.
