Premium manufacturer of audio devices, Bose, has launched three new smart glasses in Australia. The frames are expected to be available in retail stores starting October 5th for A $ 399.95.
The new Bose Frames (Tempo, Tenor and Soprano) combine the style and protection of high-end sunglasses (prescription only) with the functionality of headphones in an innovative wearable device.
The new tenor smart glasses have a smaller square style with the soprano featuring a cat-eye design. The glasses promise a significantly better bass reproduction than the original model.
The new Tempo Smart glasses have been specially developed for sports and outdoor use (e.g. cycling, running, climbing) and offer the best performance in the frame range.
Also new are Bose’s QuietComfort earphones (399.95 AUD) and sports earphones (299.95 AUD).
The QuietComfort Buds will also be released starting October 5th, following a leaked marketing video that was prematurely displayed on Harvey Norman’s website.
The buds incorporate Bose’s noise-canceling smarts despite their in-ear design, and take over Apple’s AirPods Pro.
The new Sports Earbuds offer a more compact size and better audio reproduction than their predecessor.
