Bose QuietComfort Earbuds offer powerful noise cancellation for $ 280

Like the latest Bose headphones, the QC earbuds offer 11 levels of noise cancellation. You can also choose between 11 noise levels or ambient noise to determine how much outside noise you let in. Both settings can be adjusted in the Bose headphones app. The company also says the QC earbuds weigh about a quarter (0.3 ounce) each, which should help in the comfort department. And that’s a good thing because based on the product pictures, these buds appear to be quite large. In addition, the buds have a fin to keep them in place. In terms of battery life, Bose says you can expect up to six hours on the earbuds themselves and two full charges in the case for an additional 1

2 hours of listening time.

The QC Earbuds arrive at $ 279.95 when they arrive on September 29th. This is almost the top tier for top tier true wireless products in terms of price. They are available for pre-order starting today and you can choose between black and white color options.

When you need something that can withstand physical activity, the Bose Sport Earbuds are the answer. And they’re cheaper at $ 179.95. The Sport model has a similar design to the QC earbuds, although these are more oval in shape than the more expensive new buds. The sports earbuds also have a fin that is designed to protect them during exercise. According to Bose, this model has been “completely redesigned”, including new acoustics, a highly efficient driver, a new port design and a volume-optimized EQ. The company claims the end result is “crisp, powerful performance” in a range of true wireless earbuds designed specifically for exercise.

Aside from aesthetics, the main difference between the two new Bose models is ANC. The sports earbuds don’t have noise canceling but have similar StayHear Max tips as the QC option for passive noise isolation. As you would expect, the sporty model is sweat- and waterproof to IPX4 for additional protection. According to Bose, this version offers up to five hours of use with two full charges. The Sport Earbuds will also be available in black and white, but a third blue variant will also be available here.

The Bose Sport Earbuds will be available September 29th and can be pre-ordered today.
