TL; DR: Click and Grow’s Hydroponic Smart Gardens are offering up to $ 70 off Best Buy starting September 15th.
Gardening at home can be a difficult task in small spaces or in homes with little light. Indoor garden systems are a good solution: They are small enough for the tightest of apartments and often have built-in lights.
Your brain might go straight to Aerogarden when you think of smart gardens (same here, tbh), but some non-Aerogarden alternatives are honestly just as good. One of these is Click and Grow, a Kickstarter funded smart garden that has a built-in irrigation system and an LED grow light. It’s hydroponic, which means it doesn’t involve soil – just seed pods, water, and (if you want) plant foods.
As of September 15, two Click and Grow systems were available at Best Buy: a three-pod option for $ 79.99 ($ 20 savings) and the real star of the show, a nine-pod option for $ 129.99 USD (70 USD savings).
Smart gardens were a little hard to come by in the spring, probably because when the lockdown started, people wanted to grow their own vegetables. So it is noteworthy that not only are they in stock, but they are also available at a discount.
The nine pod smart garden contains a number of seed pods to get you started with: three pods each of basil, tomato, and vegetables. If you want other vegetables, flowers, or herbs, you’ll need to purchase them separately. Click and Grow offers many options, but availability varies by retailer.
This garden generally costs $ 199.99, but you pay $ 129.99 – a $ 70 savings.
There’s also a three-pod version on offer that contains – you guessed it – three seed pods. It comes with three basil pods.
This garden typically costs $ 99.99, but you pay $ 79.99 – a $ 20 savings.
