If you were eagerly awaiting the arrival of the Mandalorian in Western Europe, you're in luck – Disney Plus starts a week earlier. The streaming service will be available on Tuesday March 24th in the UK, Ireland, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Austria and Switzerland.
In the UK, it costs £ 6 a month or £ 60 a year and £ 7 a month or £ 70 a year in the region.
It was previously scheduled to start on March 31 months after arriving in the United States on November 12, 2019. According to the deadline, the European countries of Belgium, the Nordic countries and Portugal will arrive in summer 2020
Disney's Netflix rival includes an extensive library from the company's media empire, including content from its own 83-year catalog, Fox, Pixar, Marvel, Lucasfilm and National Geographic. The biggest star so far is The Mandalorian an original Star Wars series, in which the adorable Baby Yoda was introduced. The season finale was broadcast in December and it will be a second season this autumn.
The company did not immediately respond to a request to change the date.
