Elon Musk revealed the Cybertruck, Tesla's beautiful new machine, in all its angular splendor. It's a very cool car, but that does not mean the internet will not make fun of how weird it looks. If you can not rely on Twitter and Reddit for anything else, you can count on it.
Of course we did our own photos here at TNW when we saw the thing. My colleague Callum Booth has coined the amiable term "fascist Toblerone" to describe the not too distant form. My fellow colleague Napier Lopez likened it to the matching Batmobile. I would say it looks a bit like Back to the Future Delorean.
But of course the Internet has pulled all the stops and Photoshop jobs and comparisons posted every futuristic fictional car under the sun. This Total Recall Tweet is one of my favorites:

Maybe it's no surprise how? "Polygon-ish" looks like the main comparison points are in video games. It has a notable similarity with Halo 's Warthog, even though Halo has made a graphic downgrade.
The Tesla #Cybertruck looks like a Warthog from Halo 1, https://t.co/OmcKOAIci1[19659002<-JasonRabinowitz(@AirlineFlyer) November 22, 2019 It was also put on almost every racing game from The NES era.

The square lines of the car make it look like a certain Pokémon:

A Reddit user pointed out that it looks like it belongs to the future:
Cybertruck 2077 by Gaming
Interestingly enough, this is the only one that does. Elon Musk himself has asked the following questions :
Until 2077 😉

Naturlic There is speculation that the car could be made an appearance in Cyberpunk 2077 . I assume that Elon and the social media manager of CD Project Red joined us – but hey, I can not say it's out of place.
