Breakout Indie Battle Royale Fall Guys released its mid-season update today.
Expect round variations, re-shuffled courses with new obstacles, random rotations, and more tumbling fruit, developer Mediatonic said today in a PlayStation blog post detailing the changes.
“Reliable door patterns on Gate Crash can create waves of all kinds,” wrote senior designer Anthony Pepper. “Turntables could turn the tide of an unpredictable version of Fall Ball. And just when you thought you had the rocker turned upside down? We’re just going to say your approach may need to be adjusted!”

All of this is meant to surprise players until the second season of Fall Guys comes out in October. It will have a medieval theme, new dragon and wizard cosmetics, and a castle stage with drawbridges and siege ramps.
