Final Fantasy 16 and Demon’s Souls PC announcements have been mysteriously scrubbed

During today’s PS5 event, Final Fantasy 16 and Demon’s Souls were announced for PC alongside PlayStation 5. However, it is now unclear what the PC release details will be for either of these two titles. During today’s PS5 event, trailers for Final Fantasy 16 and Demon’s Souls will have small print at the end that indicated it will be released on PC. You can see the fine print as shown below.

Since those trailers went online, every mention of a PC release for Final Fantasy 1

6 and Demon’s Souls seems to have been mysteriously scrubbed.

In the case of FF 16, Square Enix asked IGN to remove the mention of PC from our first FF 16 message, and when asked for an explanation, a Square Enix spokesperson said, “We have no further information on whether Final Fantasy XVI will be released on platforms other than the PS5. “

Regarding Demon’s Souls, IGN was told that the text “Indication that the remake was coming to PC and” other consoles “were incorrectly included”.

In fact, the FF 16 trailer no longer contains any fine print that suggests a different platform than the PS5. And the trailer for Demon’s Souls has been shut down at the time of this review. At the moment, the PC release for FF 16 and Demon’s Souls seems to have gotten darker.
