Genshin Impact receives a roadmap with three patches

Genshin Impact is the newest live service game for the mainstream. There is a lot of content that is keeping players busy right now, but there is also a lot of new content in the pipeline. In the next few months, the Chinese developer Mihoyo will add new quests, locations, events and characters Genshin Impact.

In early October, the studio revealed the game’s upcoming roadmap, which includes numerous patches with a release window and a content preview for each game. Here you can expect the next drop Genshin Impact Content and what it contains.

Version 1

Mihoyo will start Genshin Impact Patch 1.1 on November 11th. According to Mihoyo, the patch will contain the new one Unreconciled Stars Event.

A recent leak from this patch indicated that it will also include four new characters, including a Geo five-star and a Hydro five-star. It is currently unclear what the Unreconciled Stars event is and whether it has additional quests.

Version 1.2

The 1.2 patch appears to be the largest of the three patches. Mihoyo will start 1.2 on December 23.

1.2 contains a new area, dragon backand all content included (including an untitled event). This means that players will have new materials to farm, new items to sacrifice to the statue and increase its stamina, and a new item for The Traveler.

As with the other patches, there will likely be new characters and story missions too.

Version 1.3

Mihoyo will start that 1.3 Patch sometime in February 2021.

We know very little about the 1.3 patch other than its release window. It will contain that Lantern Rite Eventand probably some new characters.

Mihoyo will release more details about upcoming patches in the coming weeks and months.
