Epic games

If you’re a gamer – or just check out the Cheapskate sites occasionally – you probably know that Epic Games is giving away at least one free game every Thursday. This week, Epic put together a few games that will tickle two different parts of your gaming brain. Rest: From the Ashes is a hot action shooter with a co-op mode. The Alto Collection is an endless runner-style title that includes two different games in one: Alto̵

7;s Adventure and Alto’s Odyssey.

As always, once you’ve downloaded any or all of these games you can keep them forever, but you must claim before Thursday August 20th. Then they will be replaced by Enter the Gungeon and God’s Trigger.

As an aside, if you came here to look for A Total War Saga: Troy, I’m sorry – you missed that train. As promised, the game was only free for 24 hours and went back at full price on Friday morning.
