Android 11 beta 3 details
Date: August 6, 2020
Emulator support: x86 (32/64 bit)
Security patch level: August 2020
Google Play services: 20.24.14
Google is currently not showing a number of new features and only describes what developers need to do to prepare for the stable version. One of these elements is the Exposure Notification System, the notification system for COVID-19 tracking apps. Android 11 can use the Bluetooth scanning method to determine if you have been exposed to corona virus.
This latest beta is also a release candidate build and includes the official API 30 SDK and build tools for Android Studio. Everything that happens in the future should be final. Google is probably just looking for last minute bugs and giving developers one last chance.
Remember, we believe that Google has set the stable release date for Android 11 to September 8th.

If you’re interested in running the latest Android 11 beta, Google offers numerous ways to update. The easiest way is to participate in the Android Beta program since no tools, ADB commands or file downloads are required.
If you’re already running an earlier Android 11 preview or beta, you can sit back and wait for the over-the-air (OTA) update, which should come soon. If you like the old school and would rather get your hands dirty, you can find OTA and factory image files as well as the new Android Flash Tool.
