With governments all over the world advising people to stay at home to curb the spread of the coronavirus, eating is no longer possible. Fortunately, however, there are still grocery delivery services, and even restaurants that don't normally offer delivery start with it.
The good news is that you are looking for a restaurant that offers supplies or at least offers a roadside pickup truck, then Google is here to help. Google recently released an update to Google Maps that allows the app to show users which restaurants in their area offer either deliveries or roadside pickups.
This feature is not available worldwide because it is currently only available to users in the United States, Canada, and France (although some report that it is also available in Italy). This is quite important because staying at home and avoiding going out as often as possible will slow down the spread of the virus and give hospitals the opportunity to better control the influx of patients.
This is not the first change Google has made to Google Maps since the Corona virus broke out. The company had previously introduced a new "temporarily closed" feature for business listings so customers know which places are closed (at least for now). Note that Google Maps only shows restaurants that offer deliveries and pickups. You may either need to use a grocery delivery service or call the restaurant directly to place your order.
