A fresh one PUBG Leak suggests that a new mode for Battle Royale will be a “mix of FPS and Auto Battler genre”.
In a new video, Leaker PlayerIGN states that in the new mode – presumably called Vostok – the players fight each other in a 1-on-1 format and spin through numerous encounters until there is only one player left. This is the standard rate for a battle royale, of course.
With three lives, each player must use the money and rewards from each winning round to improve their chances for the next. Once all three lives have been spent, you’re out (thank you, PCGN).

Leaks are just that – leaks – it’s impossible to say when the new mode will be introduced, or even definitely. PlayerIGN believes we’ll either get it later in the 8.3 update or even with Season 9.
ICYMI, PUBG now has bots – the kind that help newer players learn the game, rather than the kind that shoot you with targeting hacks from the other side of the map. Developer PUBG Corp added them to the influential Battle Royale game earlier this year and explained the reason for their decision in a Letter to the community.
In the letter, PUBG Corp. said it had been noticed that more and more new players were being withdrawn from games prematurely without causing damage, making it difficult to get started. Hopefully by adding bots, new players can familiarize themselves with PUBG’s combat mechanics without immediately dying from the veterans’ cross-map sniper shots.
The newest PUBG lore drop takes up again the question of why the title battlefields exist in the first place and launches a light ARG linked to the re-release of the Sanhok map in July.
This PUBG tips Maybe finding the Sanhok 4 won’t help you, but they’ll help you stay alive when you fall on Sanhok for the first time in a while.
