After months of deliberation and many long and thoughtful conversations, Fraser and I decided to break up. As you can imagine, this is an incredibly difficult time for us as a family. ‘

The reality star added, “This year has brought us so much uncertainty, forcing us to postpone and eventually cancel our wedding, as well as being new and full-time parents and government closings of companies.

‘Ottilie is our world and remains our top priority. We also share so much love and respect for one another and our beautiful daughter, and we look forward to her growing up and seeing us mature into a modern family as close friends.

“Fraser is the most incredible dad and I am very sorry that we couldn’t get our relationship going.”

She ended: “We are still very much in love and we know that our future will be better and more stable this way.

“When we find our feet and control our new relationship, we ask for respect and kindness.

“We may be a little quieter than usual as we settle into our new normal, and we thank you in advance for your love and support.

‘That is all Fraser and I will be commenting on this matter at this sensitive time.

“The community that we have formed together on this platform means the world to me and I look forward to sharing our further journey with you as honestly and openly as possible. With love, Tabitha, Fraser and Ottilie. ‘

Fraser suggested a three-carat diamond engagement ring while traveling to Miami in November 2019, designed by Eden Rocks, the company owned by MIC pal Spencer, who was also scheduled to attend the wedding.

Tabitha was originally scheduled to exchange vows with Fraser in July at the Hurlingham Club in Fulham, south-west London, in front of a variety of friends, family members and celebrity guests.

However, the pandemic failed because of their plans, and they had planned to get married at a registry office and hold a reception at a Chelsea restaurant.

Fraser also co-owns the popular Raffles Chelsea club and Mahiki in Kensington – a stone’s throw from Kensington Palace. He also owns a real estate company and has just launched a new sake brand with Oliver Proudlock, the star of Made In Chelsea.

After moving in with Fraser in November 2017, the two separated and Tabitha threw herself into the filming of MIC.

However, the couple began to get things going again, and Tabitha left the show when she discovered she was pregnant with a little girl in January 2019.

When Tabitha spoke to FEMAIL last January, remembering how her relationship with Fraser began, she said, “I started as Marketing Director at Albert’s Private Members’ Club in 2016, where Fraser and I met.

“It got romantic quickly, but we kept quiet because he was my boss. It was a long time before we became official and moved in together in November 2017.

“But the move was probably too premature at the time, as it led to our parting. I was heartbroken about filming headfirst for Made in Chelsea. ‘
