Harley Quinn is about to hug her nautical side. A new report says Margot Robbie will play a female-led role Pirates of the Caribbean Film for disney. And she brings a key member of the birds of prey Crew on board for the job.
The Hollywood Reporter says birds of prey Writer Christina Hodson will reunite with Robbie for a women’s front Pirates of the Caribbean Movie. While details are as rare as a pirate with unwavering morale, it’s not intended to be a spin-off of the original franchise (based on classic Disney) Theme park ride). It is not connected to that either previously announced restart from Pirates Writer Ted Elliott and Chernobyl Creator Craig Mazin, who could also play a leading female role Avengers: Endgames Karen Gillan. Instead, it will be a story of its own with new characters.
The original Pirates of the Caribbean The series started with a high note, an epic adventure on the high seas that brought us Jack Jack Sparrow, one of the most famous characters in modern film history (for better or for worse). Every subsequent film seemed to affect that quality – like a bottle of rum, the cork of which was a little loose and just let in enough air to make it sour. Disney tried to press the reset button in 2017 Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead men don’t tell stories, but it fidgeted quickly and sank. But the studio is not yet ready to let go of the bike.
I don’t know who left Disney: “Maybe we should just give Harley Quinn a ship and let them do everything.” But all I can say is: Well done.

Besides working on birds of preyHodson also wrote the youngest bumblebee Film and is attached to DCs Batgirl… whenever that happens.
