Mark Hamill you Rascal .
The Luke Skywalker actor definitely laughed on Saturday when he glanced at his own trailer for Star Wars Episode IX . His literal trailer that he was in when he was not on set.
(I'm not even sure if this is the trailer of Episode IX he used, but not that it matters.)
This is a perfect one, totally merciless father joke, if anyone was not clear Hamill is basically a father of the whole Geekdoms (not to mention his three actual children), so that the sense of humor is pursued.
That was & # 39; s. That's the tweet. Hamill claims he does not know when the trailer Episode IX comes, and neither does we. The final chapter of the "Skywalker Saga" is expected to hit theaters in December and we hope to see something soon.
The smart money is on a trailer debut at or around Star Wars Celebration, the not exactly annual A Fan Convention that begins in Chicago on April 11th. It would not be the only revelation of the show.
With the Disney Parks expansion of Star Wars Galaxys Edge on May 31 in California, Celebration should bring detailed looks to the nearly completed project. There is also the video game Star Wars: Jedi Fallen Order from Titanfall and Apex Legends Developer Respawn Entertainment; The game was teased for the first time at E3 in 2018 and is slated for a bigger debut in the April show.
A Episode IX pendant would be the perfect cherry on a packed Star Wars celebration. The 2019 film also marks a turning point for the series as a whole, as George Luca's Skywalker saga finishes, and the stories Lucasfilm-via-Disney continues to tell take another step toward expressing a wise Jedi master bigger world.
Until then we are stuck with dad Hamill and his lame (but great) trailer joke. Thank you, dad.
