It’s been a year of twists and turns for video game personality Tyler “Ninja” Blevins. He started in 2020 exclusively with live streaming on the now dead Mixer platform, jumped on YouTube and tested the water on his old stomping ground again – if you will, go shopping. But now, months later, the blue-haired actor announced that he has signed a contract with Twitch again.
A press release from Twitch said that Blevins will begin their new partnership on September 10th with a livestream on their old channel.
“I look forward to returning to streaming full-time and connecting with my loyal fan base,”
Previously, Blevins had come under fire for claiming he didn’t like to livestream women. Hence, his promise to nurture marginalized creators is remarkable.
Before leaving Twitch, Blevins was one of the biggest personalities on the platform, known for his excitement Fourteen days Live streams. At some point, Blevins even managed to get rap superstar Drake into the livestream, a cameo that broke viewer records at the time. Now that Blevins is back on Twitch, it’s likely not just the live streaming platform that will take its time. After all, the excited personality said he kept his eyes on Hollywood.
