Pokemon Sword and Shield: Shiny Clefable that appears on raids now, but only until tomorrow



A new Max Raid event is underway in Pokemon Sword and Shield. To commemorate the seasonal equinox, Pokémon that evolve over sunstones or moonstones will appear more frequently in Max Raid Caves in the Wild Area and Isle of Armor, and you will have the opportunity to encounter Shiny Clefable in the raids . However, you need to act quickly as the event is only this weekend.

Through September 20, 4:59 p.m. PT / 7:59 p.m. ET, the following Pokémon will be shown in Max Raid Battles by sword and shield:

  • Clefable
  • Wigglytuff
  • Musharna
  • Bellossom
  • Whimsicott
  • Lilligant

As mentioned before, you also have the chance to come across a shiny Clefable in five star raids. In order for the Pokemon event to appear in your game, you must first update your raid caves. You can either do this by connecting the Y-Comm online or by going into Mystery Gift from the menu screen and selecting Get the Wild Area News.

This runs through September 30th and includes certain Grass and Electric Pokémon, including Ferrothorn, Eldegoss, Heliolisk, Boltund, and their predeveloped forms.
