Realme makes the MediaTek Dimensity-based X7 series global

We’ve seen international certifications for the Realme X7 Pro which are obvious indications that the model is making its way onto the global scene. Now Madhav Sheth, CEO of Realme India and Europe, went to Twitter to confirm that Realme X7 and X7 Pro will find their way into India and possibly other global markets.

On top of that, he also teased that both phones will come with MediaTek’s Dimensity chipsets, which have remained exclusive in China for most of 2020. The X7 is powered by the midrange platform Dimensity 800U 5G, while the Pro variant is powered by the top-notch Dimension 1

000+ chipset.

Both phones share a quad-camera setup with a 64-megapixel primary shooter and an 8-megapixel ultrawide module, complemented by two 2-megapixel snapper. The pair also offer 65W wired charging.

The X7 Pro has a 120 Hz AMOLED display, while the X7 has a standard 60 Hz AMOLED panel.
