Smartphone brands are pursuing a strategy of bringing new color variants of their phones to market months after their first release. Almost all new colors of existing devices are either limited or completely different from the colors available, which makes them special. This is how companies attract new customers because most people like to own unique products. Therefore, Xiaomi has started Redmi Note 9 Pro and Redmi Note 9 Pro max in a new champagne gold livery for India after six months after her debut in the country.
The Redmi Note 9 series has its global debut in India in March. Xiaomi initially presented two models – Redmi Note 9 Pro and Redmi Note 9 Pro Max. The latter is exclusive to India, while the former starts as Redmi Note 9S in several other markets.
Both phones were originally introduced in Aurora Blue, Glacier White, and Interstellar Black color options. Now, months later, she to get the new Chamagange Gold variant. As expected, the new version of these smartphones does not bring any changes apart from the new color scheme
Gold-colored handsets were popular when OEMs used metal unibody designs. With the introduction of the glass sandwich design and glossy polycarbonate finish, companies have chosen to offer a wide range of gradient colors.
Hence, it is refreshing to see a gold-colored glass-backed phone. That is, the Redmi Note 9 Pro will be available for the first time in this new livery on September 15th. On the other hand, Xiaomi has yet to announce the availability of Redmi Note 9 Pro Max in champagne gold.
