Samsung announces Galaxy Tab S6, Watch 4G and Watch Active 2 in India

Samsung has launched its next generation of ecosystem products in India, including the Galaxy Tab S6, Watch 4G and Watch Active 2. The Tab S6 is the company's flagship, featuring 2-in-1 tablets from Apple can measure iPad Pro, while the Galaxy Watch 4G is the first product with integrated e-SIM functionality.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 features a 10.5-inch Super AMOLED display (2560 x 1

600 pixels) in a compact aluminum case weighing about 420 grams and a thickness of 5.7 mm. The large screen combined with the lightweight design is handy for enjoying your favorite movies and shows on the go.

The display itself incorporates an optical fingerprint sensor, which is a first for the company. The Tab S6 is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 and supported by the Adreno 640 GPU.

On the back there is a dual camera setup consisting of a primary 13MP sensor and a 5MP ultra wide lens. For selfies, Samsung offers an 8-megapixel snapper on the front of the Tab S6.

The Galaxy Tab S6 supports Dolby Atmos sound. The four stereo speakers have been further optimized by AKG to provide a great sound experience that complements the graphics of the Tab S6 large screen. In addition, the S6 tab supports Samsung's advanced DeX desktop functionality, which can be used on any secondary screen.

In addition, Samsung has released a new keyboard cover for the Tab S6, which features a trackpad, a stand and a S-spot in the pen case.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 comes with a 7,040 mAh battery that supports 15W fast charging. It is available in the colors mountain gray and cold blue and costs Rs 59,900. Samsung Galaxy Watch 4G is the company's first smart watch to feature over has an integrated E-SIM function. It is compatible with Samsung smartphones and with the Airtel and Jio network.

The Watch 4G features a long-lasting battery, a variety of fitness tracking features and advanced wellness services. Users can also use the smartwatch to quickly respond to text, use maps, and even stream music without always having a smartphone with them.

Samsung's Watch 4G tracks walking, running, cycling, elliptical training, rowing and dynamic training sessions automatically and over 39 activities to choose from in its catalog.

The Galaxy Watch Active 2 was also announced alongside the Watch 4G and is available in two types of build profiles. One is a lightweight aluminum case with a casual strap and the other has a stainless steel case with leather straps.

It has a rotating touch bezel that can be rotated both clockwise and counterclockwise to allow users to navigate through the clock and their apps and other options. Like the Watch 4G, the Watch Active 2 is preinstalled with 39 activity presets and has updated sensors for better health monitoring.

The Samsung Galaxy Watch 4G is available in two sizes – 46 mm at 30,990 rupees and 42 mm at 28,490 rupees. The Aluminum Active Watch Active 2 will be available in black, cloud silver and rose gold for 26,990 rupees. The stainless steel version is available in three versions: silver, black and gold at a price of 31,990 rupees.

The three products will be available from October 11 at online and offline retailers, the Samsung Opera House and the Samsung E-Shop.
