It seems that Samsung still has some key smartphones on the market before the S11 releases next spring. In recent days, leaks have almost confirmed that Samsung is working on a S10 Lite (A91) – not to be confused with the S10e – and a Grade 10 Lite (A81).
Although we first heard of the Galaxy S10 Lite / A91 over the summer, yesterday's reliable Leaker @OnLeaks released a series of renderings of the phone in collaboration with 91mobiles. The S10 Lite had previously been validated by an FCC application.
The phone is very similar to the upcoming Galaxy S1
Some technical data of the device are already known to us. Rumors speak of a 6.7-inch FHD display, a Snapdragon 855 and 8 GB of RAM. 128 GB of memory and a 4,500 mAh battery. The phone is expected to be available in a 5G version. Apart from the display, these details are surprisingly flagship-y. Samsung may feel the pressure of OnePlus and want to deliver high-end specifications at a lower price.
The Note 10 Lite, also used by @OnLeaks and 91Mobiles, has a similar design and a nearly identical camera setup comes with an S-Pen. Oddly enough, the Note 10 Lite is currently expected to be shipped with lower specifications, including Exynos 9810 and 6GB internal memory from last year.
It is rumored that both phones will be announced before the end of the year. So it should not be long before we find out more.
