Samsung launched the Galaxy Z Fold 2 5G last month at a price of 1.49,999 rupees. The foldable phone can now be pre-booked in India.
This is the company’s third foldable smartphone after Galaxy Fold and Galaxy Z Flip (Review)
It comes with a bigger hole punch screen, two AMOLED displays and a triple rear view camera.
Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2 prices, pre-booking offers
The Galaxy Z Fold 2 costs 1.49.999 rupees in India. It offers 12 GB of RAM and 512 GB of internal storage. The foldable smartphone will be available in the colors Mistic Bronze and Mistic Black.
It can be pre-booked on the Samsung India website and other leading e-stores from September 14th.
With the pre-reservation offers, Samsung grants all buyers who decide to pre-reserve 4 months free YouTube Premium and a discount of 22 percent on Microsoft Office 365.
Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2 Specifications and Features
The Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2 has two AMOLED displays. There is a 6.23-inch perforated screen on the outside. The device also has a foldable 7.7-inch Super AMOLED display with a refresh rate of 120 Hz. The foldable smartphone is powered by a 7nm 64-bit octa-core processor chipset and runs on Android 10.
It offers 12 GB of RAM and 512 GB of internal storage. Users can use three apps at the same time. Samsung has also partnered with Microsoft to optimize various apps like Outlook, Excel and others for the foldable phone.
In the camera department there is a triple rear camera with a 12 MP telephoto camera, a 12 MP wide angle lens and a 12 MP wide angle lens. The selfies come with a 10 MP pinhole camera on the display.
The Galaxy Z Fold 2 is equipped with a 4,500 mAh battery that supports fast charging.
Samsung has also announced a Galaxy Z Fold 2 Thom Browne Edition. The box consists of the Galaxy Watch 3 and Galaxy Buds Live, which have the same theme as the foldable phone.
