Verizon and Motorola are now selling the Edge + for $ 1,000

Fell in love with the history of Motorola’s new Edge +, a $ 1,000 5G phone that is exclusively available from Verizon? Today is your day, my friend. The Motorola Edge + is here.

At this price of $ 999.99 (or $ 41.66 / month for 24 months), you get a phone with lots of impressive specs. The Edge + has a large 6.7-inch FHD display with a refresh rate of 90 Hz, 256 GB UFS 3.0 memory, 1

2 GB LPDDR5 RAM, a Snapdragon 865 processor, a 5000 mAh battery, two Stereo speakers, Android 10 and a triple camera. The triple camera consists of 108MP main, 16MP ultra wide-angle and 8MP telephoto lenses.

Since the phone is referred to as the “Edge”, this of course means that this phone has one Edge Display. While most edge displays are terrible, Motorola has at least tried to use some features, e.g. For example, swipe to receive notifications or tap to perform actions. You can even turn it off (I’ll probably do it).

Worried about software updates? You should probably still do it until Motorola is fully shipped, but after receiving a lot of (deserved) backlash from promising a single Android OS update for Android 11, the company is now ready to ” to commit at least “two. This phone should get Android 12.

The Edge + is available in Smoky Sangria (image) or Thunder Gray. It’s pretty hot in both colors.

We’re trying to get one, but we’re not very lucky. If you want us to rate it, it will take a while. Nothing we can do.
