Samsung announced a new initiative from India called “Experience Samsung at Home”. The new service lets you explore and buy Samsung devices.
With most of us staying at home and shopping for devices online, Samsung is trying to bring you the Samsung at home experience. With this service, you can explore Samsung devices such as Galaxy smartphones, tablets and wearables right from home.
This initiative helps you book a home demo of the Samsung device online, also buy the device online, and have it delivered to your home from a nearby Samsung Exclusive outlet. This will be available in 900 exclusive retail stores and will continue to expand the program over the coming months.
This is how Experience Samsung at Home works
You can view and explore the range of Samsung devices directly from home and book an online appointment for the home demo via the Experience Samsung at home portal by providing the required information.
Next, you need to select the nearest Samsung Exclusive Store in your area. The booking details are sent to the selected store in real time and the store will call the consumer back within 24 hours to confirm the appointment. In addition, a Samsung Experience Consultant will visit your home according to the scheduled demo time. Samsung also mentioned that all Samsung SECs are trained to follow security guidelines.
When Samsung products are delivered to your home, all security guidelines are followed and the transaction takes place via the digital channels. When you publish and purchase the Home Demo, consumers will also receive a feedback link via SMS to rate your experience.
